Prerequisites: Completion of Prosthetic Boot Camp, Complications Course, CBCT Boot Camp, Digital Workflow Course, and participation in bi-weekly treatment planning seminars via Zoom.

Examination: Written Examination

Tuition: Completion of all the above requirements plus a $275 examination fee.
